All the services available at Infiniti Connects's website are carried out for the members benefits. Each member is required to sign up after understanding the terms of engagement and membership, event payment or any other services related to the community has to be fully understood by the member.
Infiniti Connects has set up an online registration and payment system for membership and events that is facilitated by www.razorpay.com. All participants are requested to use this system for registering and paying for events. The system is safe and secure and enables effective event management.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations of membership should be made with emails stating reason for cancellation.
A subscriber can place the cancellation for a membership within 24 hours of payment. You need to send an email to info@infiniticonnects.com for it specifying the reason. After 24 hours, you may get 50% of the membership amount by applying withing 3 days from the date of the payment. Post this there is no cancellation.
No cancellation is possible for the events once paid.
If event booking is made then payment is non-refundable as well.
Membership stands cancel if renewal amount is not paid within 7 days of the renewal. After that full payment has to be made ie the membership fee
Refund Policy
A refund would not be entertained for the services or event already completed.
No refund is possible for the fee paid in for membership.
Taxes paid on services levied by regulatory bodies would not be refunded with fee refund.
No refund will be entertained in case events gets cancelled due to any violation of terms stated in our Terms & Condition section.
Infiniti Connects is not liable to pay refund if delay or service disruption happens due to third party involvement.
