Kushagra Mehrotra – Founder, NARAIN'S Café

My name is Kushagra Mehrotra, and I am the proud founder of NARAIN'S Café – a place born from passion, culture, and a lifelong dream. I hold a Master’s degree in Hospitality (MSc) from Switzerland, a country known for its excellence in hospitality and service. But even before I stepped into the world of hospitality, I always had one dream – to build something of my own.

Entrepreneurship runs in my blood. I’ve grown up admiring my father and uncle, watching them chase their dreams with dedication and integrity, and ensuring that their families always had the best. Their journey deeply inspired me, fueling my own desire to create something meaningful.

That vision took shape in the form of Satvik cuisine – a pure vegetarian style of cooking that excludes onion and garlic, rooted in tradition and spiritual values. It’s something I have followed since childhood, and something I believe can beautifully bridge the gap between age-old wisdom and the modern Gen Z lifestyle.

With the blessings of my loved ones and unwavering support from my family, I launched NARAIN'S Café. This café is more than just a food destination – it’s a movement to elevate Satvik cuisine and present it in a way that resonates with today’s world. Here, we serve global cuisines with a Satvik twist, proving that purity and flavour can coexist.
